Oklahoma Parents Center provides free, helpful reading material during trainings and workshops.  Brochures are located on the drop down box under Resources.  A variety of hard-copy materials that include posters, flyers, brochures, and handouts are distributed at the training workshops.

• This guidebook is a collaborative effort between the Oklahoma State Department of Education’s Special Education Services (OSDE-SES) and the Oklahoma Parents Center, Inc. (OPC).  It describes the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (IDEA) in a parent-friendly format to help you understand your rights as the parent of a child who has been referred or identified as having a disability.
